Ganju didn't bother to reply to Hanatarou's objection. He turned a concerned look on Raito, however. "Might have a fever too..." he completely misinterpreted the reason the woman kept reaching ever more impressive shades of red. He thought to himself that if she had back problems, a lot of it must stem from having such large breasts on such a tiny frame.
Not that he was staring. It was just difficult to miss.

Hanatarou thought nothing of her physique. No size, height or weight made the shinigami look twice; not even Komamura was judged by appearance by the 4th Division when wounds were involved. "Well, come inside. I can inspect your wounds!" Or lack of, and Hanatarou waved a hand at the shop. "You do look a bit fevered, perhaps it is infected..."

Raito glanced between Hanatarou and Ganju, her blush fading completely as her skin took on a grey tone from her sudden worry. "I-infected? Oh my... I-I..." She stumbled over her words, following Hanatarou inside the shop, worry clearly shown in her expression.

As Raito went all but grey, Hanatarou stepped closer to curl one hand against the woman's elbow as they entered the building. Leading her to a spare room that was filled with many boxes but mostly empty, Hanatarou gave her a reassuring smile. "I must retrive my pack, if you would wait here?"

Ganju stayed nearby. If the woman fainted (which she seemed likely to do given the sudden drastic change in palor) Hana would probably be unable to catch her. "Good thing Hana's around!" Ganju grinned. "He's the best healer in the whole fourth division! Aside from Captain Unohana, of course..."

"W-wow, really?" Raito asked, realizing she could relax around Ganju and Hanatarou. They wouldn't hurt her and they were really kind. She smiled gently but staggered backward suddenly, feeling faint. "Ganju-san?" She said weakly, trying to stay standing.
The room spun and Raito felt herself falling, black enveloping her vision almost instantly.

Ganju, of course, caught Raito. She'd clearly been far worse off than she at first had appeared. He gently lay her down on the futon on the floor arranging a blanket over her. "Oi, Hana! You'd better hurry." He frowned at the pale woman. Hanatarou would be able to take care of her just fine but it was still concerning to see a her nearly pass out. "You should just lay still until Hana looks you over."

"O-ok Ganju-san. I-I'm so sorry, I-I know it's rude to faint on p-people but thank you for not letting me h-hit my head. C-Captain Unohana said I-I might faint at odd times." Raito laughed weakly, knowing she was delerious and rambling on about nothing.
"I got a concussion... I-it kinda happens when y-you get thrown head-first into a wall by a Superior" Raito stopped talking the moment she realized that Ganju looked worried.
Wow, Ganju and Yamada-san are truly kind-hearted. They barely know me but are trying to help... It's... kinda nice Raito distantly thought.

Hanatarou was heard coming not long after Ganju shouted. His light footfalls heralding his appearance before he all bust burst through the door; Ganju's shout had been heard, but not his words. It had left the small shinigami in a right state of panic. "W-what happened?" Although his demeanor changed drastically at the sight of Raito on the floor, his years of experience taking over when wounds were involved.

"She fainted, Hana." But Ganju suspected that Hanatarou already knew that. "And don't feel bad, Raito-san. It's not rude to faint." He gave her an encouraging smile. "Hana will fix you right up. He's the best healer other than Captain Unohana, like I said."
Ganju knew how Hana tended to react to compliments but hoped that since he was in his healer-mode, he wouldn't get too flustered.

Hanatarou knelt beside Raito, his pack in hand. "Would you mind removing your top, Raito-san?" A soft request accompanied by a small smile, as he pulled a dispenser of Soul Candy from his bag. "If Ganju-san would give us privacy?" Although as soon as he popped the small, round 'candy' into his mouth, Hanatarou went stiff and still and slowly toppled over forwards– landing across Raito's lap.

"Hana!" Ganju rushed over to his friend, feeling panicked at seeing him collapse. Although Hanatarou wasn't heavy by any definition of the word, he still didn't think it would be wise to leave him lying across a wounded person.
He lifted Hanatarou off of Raito, noticing how stiff and awkward he felt. When people passed out, didn't they usually go limp? Ganju lay Hanatarou gingerly on the floor, using gentleness that must have looked awfully strange considering his size and general gruff appearance. But there was something wrong with his friend. And that worried Ganju.

Raito watched Hanatarou's body lay stiffly in Ganju's arms and she sat up carefuly, ignoring her spine's protesting and kneeling beside Ganju. "Is there anyone who can help Yamada-san?" She asked hurriedly, pushing everything else to the back of her mind.

"My my my! What have we here!"
Kisuke strolled into the room with his usual disarming grin fixed across his face, his glittering eyes taking in everything at a glance: the hitherto-unknown wounded female Soul Reaper sitting on the floor, Ganju kneeling next to her, and the petrified form of Hanatarou cradled in the big man's arms.
Jeez! I leave for five minutes and the whole world goes to pieces!
"Lemme guess," he said, bending over his cane to get a closer look at Hana's form. "He popped a piece of soul candy and ended up frozen like this?" Nods from the two Souls who could still move confirmed his suspicions.
"It figures. I've seen this before, it's not serious. Some gigai just have a specific spot that you have to concentrate a release spell on in order to seperate the Soul. If you try to free the soul through any means other than the correct one, the body and soul end up locking together. Think of it as the Blue Screen of Death that old computers used to show when they tried to do too many things at once."
The word 'death' clearly didn't help to settle the others, so Kisuke kneeled and started patting Hanatarou down, careful to preserve the brave healer's decency and ignoring the curious looks the other two cast him.
"Aha!" He lifted up one of Hanatarou's arms and grabbed his cane, setting the release-seal-engraved tip directly over the healer's funny bone. He paused, grinning widely at the others.
"Watch this." And then he jabbed the cane right on the spot, making Hana's gigai turn spastic and ejecting Hanatarou himself, in Soul Reaper form, onto the floor, alive and well and holding his twitching elbow.

Landing in a very ungainly pile of limbs, Hanatarou scrambled to his feet within moments. Hands quickly wandering his own body in a check of himself; all limbs and fingers in place, the shinigami tried to rein in his look of embarrassment as he turned to face the others.
His hair shorter and skin paler than his gigai, Hanatarou blustered, "I-I'm sorry, Raito-san! That's never happened to me, before!"
